WEEK 7 Sunday October 23rd 4:05 @ San Francisco 49ers

Quite possibly the easiest game on the schedule is up next as the Bucs fly west after a week off and take on the rebuilding San Francisco 49ers.  Yes, travelling across the country is never easy, but coming off the bye it shouldn’t have a serious impact.  The 49ers are a team with no identity, no true starting quarterback, and a defense that needs help everywhere.  Chip Kelly, the newly hired head coach, is supposed to try to fix what he couldn’t in Philly.

I don’t see that happening, especially not in year one.  They currently are trying to decide what to do with the quarterback position between recently benched Colin Kaepernick and Blaine Gabbert. They may even trade Kaepernick and go with a completely different starter.  The Kelly experiment did not work in Philly, just ask the Eagles after they faced the Bucs last year, which ended up in a 45-17 complete blow out.  I see more of the same with Winston in year two against Chip Kelly.  Bucs win big 38-14. (3-3)
