Eli Apple. 13. player. 59. . CB. Ohio State

Missing out on Ezekiel Elliott will hurt for the time being, but the Dolphins have other needs and there’s another player from Ohio State who fills one of those.

Eli Apple is the next cornerback off the board to Miami ,and the physical defender with both zone and man experience should immediately start opposite of Byron Maxwell.

The Dolphins will still need to find some help at running back later, but drafting the best player available gives the franchise an impact player at a big position of need following the departure of Brent Grimes.
