There are two priorities for the Packers this offseason: moving Clay Matthews back to outside linebacker and replacing defensive tackle B.J. Raji.

In order, moving Matthews has to be the first priority.  This should lead to the selection of Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland.

Ragland will not only allow Matthews to move to where he’s most capable, but will also keep their middle linebacker position held down competently himself.

The Packers defense will look re-energized with this move, and with a healthier offense, Green Bay will be back among the NFC favorites.
