With leaders like Tamba Hali, Eric Berry and successful rookie Marcus Peters on the roster, any draft pick here has no reason not to be a hit.

Noah Spence from Eastern Kentucky needs to come into the right situation, as his top-10 talent has already been derailed once by a lack of good decision-making.

Placing him in the Chiefs’ linebacker group as a rotational piece with Hali and Justin Houston will allow Spence to develop into his role behind two of the game’s best.

Adding Spence to this defense as a 3-4 outside linebacker gives Kansas City a serious chance at having back-to-back Defensive Rookie of the Year recipients, and Spence a chance at a great career.
