31. player. 45. . DT. Louisiana Tech. Vernon Butler

Vernon Butler from Louisiana Tech is the perfect candidate to replace Malik Jackson in Denver.

While they may not be happy about how their quarterback search has gone since the retirement of Peyton Manning, they will have to be happy to see Butler here at #31.

His ability to play any position on the defensive line will ensure he can be a playmaker and see the field early for the Broncos, who will have to lean on their defense once again in 2016.

Eventually the team needs to find their quarterback of the future, but for now, they’ll have to be satisfied with reloading their defense.
