Steve Smith is returning for one more – one more year.  Breshad Perriman will look to showcase why he was a first round pick just a season ago and Terrell Suggs will be coming back healthy for the 2016 season.

So while there are players returning and depth to be found in the draft, the Ravens need a guy who’s going to impact the team immediately.  Ronnie Stanley from Notre Dame is the second best offensive tackle in the draft class, and an impact blocker who is NFL ready.

Giving Joe Flacco a good young player to protect him on the blind side will help the team rebound from a disappointing, five win season following the Ray Rice drama in 2014.

Baltimore is a proud franchise and Stanley is a proud player from one of college football’s most storied programs.  The two make sense, and will get the team back on track.
