Johnthan Banks

The Bucs’ secondary was not good in 2015.  Teams completed 70% of their passes against Tampa Bay, and quarterbacks put up a 102.5 passer rating.  They have added Jonathan Grimes and Josh Robinson, but the returning players need to step up as well, and Banks is one of them.  He needs to get it done more consistently, period.

Well, like Seferian-Jenkins, Banks needs to be on the field more.  He only started seven games last year, and didn’t post an interception.  In fact, Pro Football Focus ranked him as the 102nd best corner in the sport.  He started 14 the previous year, and posted four interceptions.  He isn’t consistent.  Banks needs to make plays on the football, and he needs to do it consistently.
