Shaq Lawson. 11. player. 57. . DE. Clemson

While the Bears have made some good moves to bolster their linebacker group, little has been done to improve a defensive line which needs some help in pass rushing.

Clemson’s Shaq Lawson is a defensive end who can play with his hand on the ground or standing up as an outside rusher and have success in both.

For Chicago, drafting a player with his versatility is important to re-building a once proud defensive identity and gaining ground on the Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers.

Lawson will quickly become a player opposing offensive linemen have to account for on every snap and will give the Bears a competitive defense once again.

Previous Pick:  DeForest Buckner – DE – Oregon

Next: 12. New Orleans Saints
