OT. Ohio State. Taylor Decker. 14. player. 28.

Quarterback Derek Carr was sacked seven times more in 2015 than in 2014.  In response, the Raiders added Kelechi Osemele from the Baltimore Ravens to add protection to the right side of their offensive line.

Going one step further, the Raiders need to add offensive tackle Taylor Decker from Ohio State.  As a rookie, Decker can step in and immediately be an upgrade to the right side along with Osemele and keep Carr cleaner for longer.

Long-term, when Donald Penn retires in the next year or two, Decker should be able to move to the left side and become the new blind-side protector in Oakland.
