Josh Doctson is my favorite receiver coming out in this year’s draft, and because of the way the dominoes are falling, it looks like the Minnesota Vikings will be the benefactors of his services in 2016 and beyond.

Mike Wallace in Minnesota was a bust and Charles Johnson wasn’t able to capitalize on his chance to become Teddy Bridgewater’s go-to receiver.  Instead we saw the rise of Stefon Diggs and a playoff team which fell just shy – or just wide – of a playoff win against the Seattle Seahawks.

Adding Doctson gives Bridgewater a long-term receiving duo to grow with, and opens up the defense for Adrian Peterson to stack some more yards on to his Hall of Fame resume.

Previously:  Josh Doctson – WR – TCU

Next: 24. Cincinnati Bengals
