The Los Angeles Rams are getting the new, local fan base excited by bringing in their “hometown” kid to be the future of the franchise. Jared Goff has somehow managed to maneuver himself all the way to the number one pick, despite the bevvy of players more talented. Rams’ head coach Jeff Fisher is officially in “win or lose my job” mode, so taking the rookie quarterback may buy him a little time if the team continues to struggle.

The team that benefited from the now infamous “RGIII Trade” gives away a litany of picks to secure their guy at number one. The real winner at number one, outside of Goff and his agent, is the Tennessee Titans who got their franchise quarterback last season and now have an arsenal of picks to use to build around him.

Next: Number Two: Philadelphia Eagles
