One of the glaring needs of the Steelers team is the secondary. William Jackson III is the perfect fit in Pittsburgh. Arguably the second best corner behind Jalen Ramsey, Jackson possesses the size and speed needed to help stop bigger receivers. He’s quick with his big play instincts which are greatly beneficial or can cause a huge play for the offense when he misses.
Jackson has some work to do in becoming more physical from a press standpoint, but you’d be hard pressed to find too many things to complain about when it comes to his style of play. Jackson is a great compliment to William Gay and helps elevate a porous secondary from the moment he steps into the facility.
