48. . Full Back. Northwestern. Dan Vitale. 197. player

POSITIVES

Danny, not Dan according to his Twitter handle, is a “Super-back” from Northwestern.  He was able to line up at many positions on his offense and could be very helpful for the Bucs.  A bruiser of a blocker, he could open holes for Muscle Hamster Doug Martin and Charles Sims in the running game and could be utilized as a pass catcher as well.  He could be what the Bucs have been looking for since Mike Alstott.  I’m not saying he is “A-Train” but him being number 40 in college doesn’t hurt.

NEGATIVES

Underwhelming after the catch, he doesn’t run like a half back.  He had too many drops and needs to do a better job catching the ball or fans will heckle him like they did Mike Evans last season.

Next: Buccaneers' Rookie Fullback Dan Vitale

He isn’t really great at one thing but he’s not bad at anything either.

He only logged six career carries but with some time he could improve greatly and should be the starter for Tampa from day one.
