Quarterback-(3)

Jameis Winston, Mike Glennon, Ryan Griffin

Jameis Winston is the crown jewel of the Bucs’ organization, and the obvious starter.  In 2015 the Bucs decided to sign Ryan Griffin and keep him on the 53 man for future purposes, and they should do the same this season.

Mike Glennon is the clear number two.  He has had limited success as a starter, and can play in a pinch if something happens to Winston.  He is “loved” by Jason Licht, but after this season, Glennon could decide to take his talents elsewhere, which he rightfully should.  But for now, he stay in Tampa.
