Cornerback-(6)

Brent Grimes, Alterraun Verner, Vernon Hargreaves III, Johnthan Banks, Jude Adjei-Barimah, Josh Robinson

Brent Grimes, Alterraun Verner, and Vernon Hargreaves III are the expected starters in the Bucs’ new defensive scheme.  As you know, between these guys there is not much height, leaving Johnthan Banks as the biggest corner who can matchup against some of their opponent’s taller receivers.

Banks will get his redemption this year in a new scheme and it would not be a surprise for him to slip into a starting role.  Jude Adjei-Barimah and Josh Robinson get the final two spots due to their experience in the league and their expected play on special teams.
