Louis Murphy

Could another veteran take center stage?

Murphy spent the first three years of his career in Oakland, and those were some lean years for the Raiders.  Murphy, in a secondary role, but up decent numbers.  His best season came in 2010, when he posted 41 receptions for 609 yards and two touchdowns.  Murphy has decent, though at times inconsistent, hands.  He dropped a mere two passes in 2010, but dropped six out of 56 targets in 2014.

Another veteran presence would only make things easier for young Mr. Winston.  He has Jackson back for at least another season.  Should they put another veteran wide receiver on the field as the first man up in three receiver sets?
