With the Bucs on the cusp of a playoff berth Winston led his team into a matchup with their division rivals the New Orleans Saints. After defeating the team in Week 2 and sweeping the Falcons, fans and players alike were hoping for a clean sweep of yet another team in the NFC South.
Instead, they got Winston’s first career game under 200 yards passing and after scoring only two touchdowns against one of the NFL’s worst 2015 defenses, the Bucs dropped a crucial late season game.
On the week Winston finished 18th among quarterbacks and was able to extend his touchdown streak to 13 games.
