Week 17 @ Carolina Panthers

Fantasy Stats:

Passing: 325 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT

Rushing: 14 yards, 1 TD, 1 Fumbles Lost

Total Points: 16 pts

As if losing three of their last four wasn’t brutal enough, finishing the season by visiting the Carolina Panthers gave the team one last chance to reinvigorate their fan-base’s excitement and an opportunity to finish the year on a four game losing streak.

While the fantasy season may have been over outside of daily leagues, Winston officially started his career with 16 straight games with a touchdown, which is reason to have confidence moving forward.

325 yards passing didn’t result in many scoring opportunities as the Panthers stout defense allowed just one field goal and didn’t allow the Bucs a touchdown until late in the third quarter when Winston scrambled for a four-yard touchdown run.

Winston placed 14th in Week 17 and the Bucs season ended at 6-10; their fifth straight losing season.
