Third Wide Receiver

We have talked about this before.  There is Mike Evans, Vincent Jackson, and then??

And then we have question marks.

Adam Humphries was the top performer last year with 27 receptions.  As Dustin Lewis wrote, Humphries is working hard to become that permanent number three behind the dynamic duo.  Louis Murphy is the longest tenured NFL player in the group, but he has not posted more than 41 receptions in a season, and only did that once.  He has been on some bad Raiders’ teams, but has also never been a player that scared anyone.

Kenny Bell is the guy many are looking out for.  He is fast, posting a 4.42 at the NFL Combine.  He caught 181 passes while in college at Nebraska, and was an influence in the return game as well.  Bell might be a guy that jumps out of the wood work this summer to play a role in some capacity.
