4. Derek Carr

Derek Carr has quite the future in this league.  Frankly, that future is now.

Last year, Carr came into his own.  His rookie year was forgettable, completing less than 60% of his passes.  In 2015, he completed 61.1% of his passes, and threw for 32 touchdowns versus 13 interceptions.  He posted a 91.1 passer rating, and posted five games where his rating was greater than 100.

Now that is a gunslinger that Al Davis would be smiling about.

Amari Cooper posted 72 receptions for 1,070 yards and six touchdowns.  Latavius Murray ran for over 1,000 yards.  These weapons will only get better.  Watch out for Derek Carr.  He will be tough for the Bucs’ new secondary.
