2. Cam Newton

I know he is hated.  But Cam does deserve to be high upon this list.  Sorry, Bucs’ fans.

Last year was a career year for the man who brought the “Dab” to the forefront.  He threw for 35 touchdowns versus only ten interceptions, career highs and lows in each category respectively.  He added 636 yards and ten touchdowns on the ground, putting up the numbers of an ideal “dual threat” quarterback.

For his career to date, he has posted 117 yards versus only 64 interceptions, along with 43 touchdowns on the ground.  He may have a bit of an attitude problem, with an exclamation point added by his walking out of the post game Super Bowl interview, but his talent is unmistakable.

Don’t forget that in addition to Greg Olsen being back for another year, Kelvin Benjamin is back.  Newton will be as good or better than last year.

But he isn’t the best.  Who is?  Turn the page and find out.
