3. Latavius Murray

The Raiders, after a 7-9 finish last season, are one of the top up and coming teams in the NFL.  They are led by David Carr through the air, and this guy, Latavius Murray on the ground.

Murray took over the starting role immediately at the start of 2015 and shined, rushing for 1,066 yards and six touchdowns, a 4.0 average.  He very quietly proved to be the perfect complement to the Carr/Amari Cooper that is only going to get better with age.

He had two trips over the century mark last year, posting 139 yards against the Browns and 113 yards against the Jets, both winning efforts for Oakland.  He followed up the game against the Jets with a 96 yard performance in a losing cause against the Steelers.

This is a player that is getting better and better.
