Offensive Line

No unit faced a taller task than the Buccaneer offensive line, and for the most part they did their jobs. The LA Rams have one of the more ferocious defensive lines in football but the Bucs’ line was able to win countless short yardage battles in the run game.

The nature of offensive line is such that it’s hard to register a single high point but overall Jameis Winston had plenty of time throughout to pass. The Bucs have to be happy that star defensive tackle Aaron Donald only had one tackle the entire game.

The low point for the line was clear, coming on a strip-sack by Robert Quinn on Donovan Smith. There were also a couple of penalties that set the offense back.

While this was a stiff test that the Bucs’ offensive line passed, it only gets tougher next week versus Von Miller and the Super Bowl champ Broncos.
