Von Miller

The Broncos have a dominant defense, and its leader is linebacker Von Miller. The 2011 No. 2 overall pick is a difference-maker in any game he plays in, as evidenced by his play in last year’s Super Bowl. He finished the game with two and a half sacks and two forced fumbles, which was enough to earn him MVP honors.

This year, Miller has just 12 total tackles (nine solo), but has been very disruptive in opposing backfields. He has five sacks through three games, as well as a forced fumble. His biggest game thus far came in week two against the Indianapolis Colts, when he racked up seven tackles (five solo) and three sacks.

Especially with the absence of Doug Martin, the Bucs will have a hard time running the ball on Sunday. They will have enough to worry about with Denver’s defensive line without having to think about Miller, who will certainly have his shots at the quarterback. Jameis Winston will have to be elusive and quick to get the ball out of his hands if he wants to remain upright against some tough blitzes from the Denver defense. Miller has at least one sack in each game this year, and it will be hard for Tampa Bay to stop that streak this week.
