I believe the best way to control the Denver defense is through solid line-play. This past off-season the Denver Broncos lost one of their biggest cogs in the middle of their front 7. Malik Jackson took the money and ran to Jacksonville, which left a gaping hole in the middle. The past three games it has been no secret that they are lacking the interior push they once had.

Obviously Coach Koetter and staff know this. I expect much of their effort going into this week to be focused on stopping Denver’s edge rush. It would be no surprise to see Jacquizz Rodgers in the backfield more often due to his success as an extra blocker. If Coach George Warhop and the Bucs can control the trenches, you may be able to sniff an upset.
