The Bucs Have Heart

This might be the most important observation of the night. This Bucs team has a lot of heart, and they fight really hard for their rookie head coach.

How do we know? Look at how they came back in this game. The Bucs were getting steamrolled in the first half. Dak Prescott and company were doing anything they wanted against the defense. The offense couldn’t keep up because they weren’t on the field.

Did they fold up? Did they throw in the towel? Hardly. The Bucs came out in the second half, got stops on defense, and got the offense rolling. They scored 14 points in the third quarter to take the lead. Ultimately it didn’t work out, but they had a chance to win at the very end. What more can you ask for?

This told us two things. This team has heart, and they love Dirk Koetter. They simply do not quit and it is a credit everyone, from the coach right down to the players. We have the right guy to lead this group, Bucs fans.

We are on the right track. The Bucs showed the country that they can play with the NFL’s very best. There were some great signs, and some things to clean up. But they are headed the right way. The world knows it now.
