team. 10. . . . Houston Texans. 19

The Houston Texans had the best defense in the NFL last season, without possibly the best defensive player in the entire league. The reason they are so low is they’ve had a turnstile at quarterback. They signed Brock Osweiler to a horrible deal which they had to trade a second round pick to get rid of. Currently Tom Savage is on their roster but he’s been injured multiple times and does not look like a franchise quarterback when on the field. He may have the best name in the business but that doesn’t make you the best player.

The best way for them to move way up this list is to do the thing they’ve been rumored to do for a while now. If the Cowboys release Tony Romo they should sign him immediately. Finally having a quarterback that is a proven winner could push this franchise over the edge. Texans are in a weaker division than most and Romo would win at least 10 games for them. They have Lamar Miller, Deandre Hopkins, and a solid offensive line, Romo has options. They would easily be in the top ten with him but for now they are down here.
