With the 20th overall selection in the 2017 NFL draft the Denver Broncos select, Ryan Ramcyzk tackle out of Wisconsin. John Elway gets the left tackle his team deserves with the election of Ramcyzk.
The remarkable journey of Ryan Ramcyzk finally gets a new chapter after he is selected by the Broncos here towards the middle of the first round. After drafting a quarterback early last season, cementing him with a true blind side protector is exactly what Elway is going to do. Without an offensive line, no quarterback will be able to excel. You can’t complete passes while lying on your back, which means you need an offensive line.
Although much work has been done to the Broncos’ offensive line throughout this off-season, it is not finished yet. Ramcyzk overall abilities in both the pass and run game is something Denver will not want to pass up on, and with a weak offensive line class they answer the bell early.
The defensive has not dropped off since the Super Bowl run, so it is time the Broncos focus on repairing the once powerful and respected offense. The offense starts up front. Bring in the left tackle that can be a cornerstone for years.
