News broke earlier the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been chosen to be the 2017 focus of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” series.

Following the news, James Yarcho and I took to our microphones to discuss our thoughts on the pending announcement.

Some of the obvious storylines include an inside look at the preparation habits of Jameis Winston and how his personality impacts the day-to-day atmosphere around One Buc Place.

Of course, some of the biggest storylines are yet to be set.

The NFL Draft is just around the corner and who the Bucs take throughout the proceedings will go a long way to determining what we see when HBO.

Tampa has more excitement surrounding it coming into this season than we’ve seen in quite some time.

With the playoffs within one victory last season, the entire league has started to take notice of the young guys in pewter, and this development will introduce the club to an international audience on one of the biggest networks on television.

NFL Films has always had a flair for the dramatic, and it should be very interesting to see just how they frame this group. Oh, and don’t forget those scheduled joint practices as they always seem to bring some “made for TV” moments.
