How well did the Tampa Bay Buccaneers address their off-season needs or did they even address them at all?

Even the novice Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan could see from last season what their biggest needs were going into the off-season, but for those unsure of what the team needed are: another wide receivers besides Mike Evans, safety, running back with the Doug Martin situation, defensive line, and cornerback. These are the positions that will help the Bucs take the next step.

They were already pretty close. The Bucs finished 9-7 last year and were in the playoff hunt until the very end. Granted they needed a lot to happen in week 17 in order to make the playoffs, but it was still mathematically possible. During the winning streak, the Bucs looked like world beaters.

They simply had these needs to fill in order to make that jump from almost contender to playoff contender. Have they done enough? Are the Bucs ready, at least on paper, for January football. Let’s see how they addressed those need during free agency and the draft or if they even did.
