3. Offensive Tackle Donald Penn (2006 – 2013)

Signed by the Buccaneers in 2006 after being released by the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Utah State.

He played in all 112 games with the Buccaneers including starting 108 straight games at left tackle.

While anchoring the left side of the line for the Buccaneers he was voted to the 2010 Pro Bowl and was one of the better offensive tackles in the NFL, and was used as an eligible receiver occasionally catching two touchdown passes while with the Buccaneers.

Just as free agency was starting in May of 2013 he was surprising released by Head Coach at the time, Lovie Smith, as he looked to revamp the roster to fit the offensive scheme he wanted to run.

He was almost immediately picked up by the Oakland Raiders and has anchored their offensive line not missing a single game. While helping their offensive line to become the fourth best in the league last season per ProFootballFocus’s (PFF) offensive line rankings.
