If you had the Kansas City Chiefs opening the season with the top two fantasy football scores in the entire NFL, then I want you to pick my lotto numbers.

Week 1 of fantasy football certainly had some surprises, as it always does, and isn’t it those surprises which are the biggest reason football is such an intriguing sport?

No way on paper do the Chiefs match-up well against New England, and in no way should a third-round pick out of Toledo rack up 45.6 points in PPR scoring according to fantasydata.com.

Yet, here we are. The Patriots are 0-1 and Kareem Hunt is the hottest fantasy football target around.

Alex Smith topped all quarterbacks, while Antonio Brown of the Pittsburgh Steelers was the best receiver in all of fantasy sports.

The Jacksonville Jaguars’ defense made Tom Savage look like an amateur, and may have ushered in an early beginning to the Deshaun Watson era in the process.

For their play, their owners were rewarded with 28 points, tied for best in Week 1 with the Los Angeles Rams who pummeled the Luck-less Colts.

Who are the names from each division you need to know? Let’s take a look.

It’s Week 2! Time to get another fantasy football win.
