NFC NORTH

The Packers are looking to help out the Buccaneers by giving the Falcons a loss, Chicago visits the Bucs, Detroit is in the Big Apple, and Dalvin Cook leads the Vikings into Pittsburgh.

Fun week for the NFC North.

SIT – Running Back, Dalvin Cook – Minnesota Vikings

Cook is talented, but this isn’t the Saints’ defense he’s playing against.

The Pittsburgh Steelers allowed just 33-yards to Isaiah Crowell on 17 carries in Week 1.

While Cook will likely do better than Crowell, the Steelers defense is a tough one to run on, and this rookie’s stats are going to come down to earth a bit.

START – Wide Receiver, Golden Tate – Detroit Lions

Tate was up to his usual tricks as he became a PPR fantasy football dream.

10 catches for 107-yards was solid, and a score would have made it great.

Still, Tate is always good for a solid PPR performance, so if you play in one of these leagues you need to put him in on Monday Night Football against the Giants defense.

SLEEPER – Running Back, Tarik Cohen – Chicago Bears

We’ve got a Pewter Plank roundtable coming up later this week about just how the Buccaneers can go about stopping Chicago’s talented rookie running back.

The name of the game may be containment in this one, but if the Tampa defense gets caught up in traps, screens or just gets out of position, then Cohen could be in for another big fantasy football performance.

This wraps up our Week 2 fantasy football sits, starts, and sleepers for every NFL division.

Who are the players you’re looking at for big games this week? Which studs from Week 1 do you think will burn out in Week 2?
