MLB- Kwon Alexander

Last but not least, “LiTiRilla” himself, linebacker Kwon Alexander.

The Chicago Bears’ week one match-up versus the Atlanta Falcon’s had its ups and downs, but the Bear’s tailbacks proved that they have a more than capable stable of talent to work with. Not only does Alexander need to deal with second year back Jordan Howard, but now Darren Sproles 2.0 in Tarik Cohen.

Cohen, who will be featured in the weekly roundtable on the Pewter Plank, averaged an impressive 13.2 yards a carry on his five touches during the week one match-up and he will exploit any weakness that Tampa Bay possess in their defense.

Enter Kwon Alexander.

Alexander’s speed as a mike linebacker is what stands out compared to others across the NFL and adding that to his sideline to sideline pursuit should help keep the Bears’ backs in check.

If Alexander is able to play his game during the first game of the season for the Bucs, the Bears will be in for a long game.
