The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) are riding high coming off a last-second comeback win against the winless New York Giants. The Giants may not have a win but the Bucs opponents this week have the biggest win this year. The New England Patriots (2-2) haven’t looked as great this year but they are still reigning Super Bowl Champions.

The Buccaneers have a short week this week as the Super Bowl Champions come to Tampa Bay for a prime-time showdown. While the Buccaneers just won off the foot of Nick Folk the Patriots lost because of the foot of Graham Gano. The Patriots are only 2-2 this season with two home losses to the Kansas City Chiefs and now the Carolina Panthers but still have a potent offense. The reason why the Patriots have a .500 record is that their defense has allowed 128 points in four games. The Patriots defense is nowhere near what they were expected to be but Tom Brady is still Tom Brady. The offense will put up points but they will surrender points. The Buccaneers have a chance to make a statement this week but they will have to keep up.
