Quarterback Tom Brady

When you think of the New England Patriots you think of two people, Bill Belichick and Tom Brady. This is players to watch not coaches to watch so Tom Brady makes this list. He is quite possibly the best quarterback in NFL history and the Buccaneers need to make plays to earn a prime-time win. Brady has led the Patriots to first in total and second in scoring offense this year. While Julian Edelman is on injured reserve he still has Rob Gronkowski, Brandin Cooks, and Chris Hogan to make plays through the air. Brady is always going to be the top priority going into a game against the Pats.

The Buccaneers defense will be tested and big games will be needed from the defensive line and the secondary if the Buccaneers want a chance to win. The Buccaneers were riddled with injuries in their week two loss but recovered from the flu and some other injuries against the Giants. If you didn’t see the impact that Brent Grimes coming back had for the defense you did not watch both games.  Chris Baker also helps Gerald McCoy make plays in the backfield. The Buccaneers have gone 10 quarters without a sack or turnover which will have to change if they want to beat the Patriots.
