Defensive Tackle – Chris Baker

For a guy from Central Pennsylvania, seeing any former Penn State Nittany Lion in the NFL makes me excited. Now with that being said, I also like to see them perform.

This off-season defensive tackle Chris Baker signed a three year 15.7 million dollar contract with nine of that being guaranteed money. Through three games of the season, Baker has logged three tackles. Yes… three tackles.

For the player who came from nothing to rise to stardom up in Washington, what has happened to be Swaggy? Baker may be eating up double-teams for star defensive tackle Gerald McCoy to work his magic, but something has to eventually show for the 15 million dollar man.

The big debate this off-season was who should the Bucs sign, Calais Campbell or Chris Baker? The Bucs may have gone the cheaper route… but was it worth it.

Campbell’s stats right now, five games… six sacks… 14 tackles… and one forced fumble.

Swaggy where you at?
