Who were the winners and losers in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ crushing week seven loss to the Buffalo Bills?

Once again the Buccaneers managed to snag defeat from the jaws of victory. A dreadful first half left Jameis Winston and the Bucs playing catch-up for the final two quarters, but they finally managed to take a 27-20 lead with three minutes remaining. The offense in general had a strong second half, which put the team in perfect position to pick up a big road win. Unfortunately, they needed a little defense and got none.

A lot went wrong to send the Buccaneers to their fourth defeat on the season, including a backbreaking Adam Humphries fumble on what should have been the Bucs game winning drive. But more than anything, the Buccaneer defense failed the team today, and has on the season altogether. Defensive coordinator Mike Smith’s seat is getting warmer by the week, and it’s safe to say he’s among this weeks’ losers. Let’s check out the rest of them, after taking a look at the winners.
