AFC EAST

We get a full slate of fantasy football targets from this division as no teams have a bye this week.

The Dolphins are kicking off the week’s competitions in Baltimore on Thursday night. Sunday has the Patriots hosting the Chargers, Buffalo bringing in the Raiders, and the Jets playing at home against the Falcons.

SIT: Wide Receiver, Jarvis Landry – Miami Dolphins

Until the Dolphins figure out their offense without the services of Jay Cutler, I don’t trust this hot and cold target one bit. Especially against the Ravens who are surrendering less than 15 points to wide receivers each week.

START: Tight End, Austin Seferian-Jenkins – New York Jets

He’s still a bit touchdown dependent, but the good news is he’s caught one in each of the last three weeks. Atlanta hasn’t been too friendly to tight ends this year, but something tells me he’s still going to get plenty of targets.

SLEEPER: Buffalo Bills Defense

On the one hand, the Bills defense got lit up for over 300-yards and three touchdowns by Jameis Winston. On the other, the Raiders don’t have two legitimate tight ends to split attention with, and no running game threat to speak of. Buffalo should be waiting for a chance to add on to their nine interceptions.

NFC EAST

The Giants are off, but Philadelphia is hosting San Francisco while Dallas and Washington face off in the Nation’s Capital.

SIT: Washington Redskins Defense

They got smoked by the Eagles offense, and the Cowboys should be able to do the same.

START: Quarterback, Carson Wentz – Philadelphia Eagles

He’s got to be an every week start at this point. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t roll with him, especially against the 49ers.

SLEEPER: Philadelphia Eagles Defense

The 49ers aren’t in the greatest position as an offense, and the Eagles defense just might take advantage of it.
