Buccaneers: Five players to watch when Tampa Bay hosts Jets Week 10
By Sean Eck
DeSean Jackson
Jackson becomes the defacto #1 wide receiver due to the Mike Evans suspension. This should lead to a multitude of balls thrown his way. Jackson has 33 career 100-yard receiving games, the fourth-most of any active player and the fifth-most by any player since he entered the league in 2008. He might have to get game number 34 to help the Buccaneers stay competitive in this one.

Jackson is very close to another career milestone and thats50 receiving touchdowns. He currently sits at 48 and with a strong performance could get them both this week as the Jets have proven to be susceptible to the pass as they are giving up 234.3 yards-per-game this season. Jackson has 26 career touchdowns of 50 or more yards and needs one more to tie Terrell Owens (27) for the third-most total touchdowns of 50 or more yards since the 1970 NFL merger.
All these career milestones means something to Jackson, and I’m sure he would love to get them as quickly as possible and move onto the next. Watch for him to try to beat the Jets secondary deep and often on Sunday.
