Tight End

Rob Gronkowski $7,200

Gronk is still Tom Brady‘s favorite target in the red zone and should get his fair share of catches against a Raiders defense that ranks 27th against opposing tight ends while giving up 244.6 yards-per-game.  Gronkowski has yet to go back to back weeks without a score when he is on the field.  Having one of the most potent offenses in the league, it’s generally a safe betta ht Gronk will be heavily involved.  Watch for Gronk to go for his second 100-yard game and at least a touchdown.

Jason Witten $4,000

Witten is still old man reliable as the Cowboys will lean on him even more as Ezekiel Elliot serves out his suspension. Last week Witten caught seven passes on seven targets.  Dak might need to get the ball out quickly against the Eagles and Witten should be his primary look in those situations.  The Eagles have struggled against the tight end position his season ranking 24th in the league at opposing points against while giving up an average of 249.4 yards-per-game.  Witten will get his first 100ya rd game of the season and get his fourth touchdown catch.

Defense

Jacksonville Jaguars $4,000

The Sacksonville Jaguars are everyone’ top defense this week as they get the win-less Cleveland Browns this week.  The jags have had three 20+ point fantasy performances this season and should have another one this week.  They are averaging 13.8 fantasy points-per-game this season with 35 sacks and 11 interceptions.  Watch for them to add at least five sacks and two interceptions to those totals as they hold the Browns under 17 points this week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers $2,900

The Buccaneers defense finally showed signs of life last week putting up their first double-digit fantasy performance since week two.  When the Buccaneers defense if healthy and clicking it has the potential to be a fantasy monster and this week the interception machine Jay Cutler is the opponent.  The Buccaneers only have 14 sacks on the season but, look for them to add at least four more to  that as well as a pair of interceptions as they hold the Dolphins under 20 points on route to their second double digit fantasy performance in as many weeks.
