The Buccaneers finally got a win! Feels nice to say that considering how abysmal they have been the past couple weeks.

With that being said, the Bucs have a 5% chance of stringing together four more wins during the coming weeks. Momentum in the NFL, however, is huge and Tampa Bay can build some this Sunday against a beatable team in Miami.

If they win on the road, they have a tough game the following week against an up-and-down Falcons team who has not looked the same since the departure of Kyle Shanahan.

Three of the next four games are all against teams with winning records except one. The Packers are another winnable game with Brett Hundley at the helm, but outside of that, the Lions, Falcons, Saints and Panthers even further down the line, are not easy games.

Depending on how Sunday goes, I lean more on throwing the towel in on the season than pushing for a winning record.

Even if the Buccaneers win out it could very likely not be enough to to get into the playoffs. Which means another middle of the pack draft pick right after a disappointing season.

If the Bucs lose on Sunday, especially in an embarrassing fashion, Dirk Koetter is as good as gone. Tampa Bay’s roster will show up like they do every other Sunday, with a desire to win, but will it be enough? Do we want it to be enough? I see this team finishing with either six or seven wins and a five game win streak seems all but impossible.
