Marqise Lee $4,500

Lee has emerged as the clear top target in the Jaguars passing game.  While his numbers aren’t eye-popping, he is consistent every week getting close to double-digit targets and converting most into catches.

On the year he has 43 receptions which is good for 29th in the league ahead of guys like Amari Cooper, Alshon Jeffrey, and T.Y. Hilton.

He remains a relative unknown due to the lack of touchdowns.  Before this past week, he’d scored in each of the Jaguars previous two contests.

Targets are a crucial thing to look at when looking for someone who could have a monster day.  Lee is seventeenth in the league in targets averaging 7.8 per game.  This is one spot below A.J. Green and one place above Golden Tate.

The Cardinals are giving up 242.9 passing yards-per-game to opponents this season ranking them 22nd in the league.

Even though Patrick Peterson is on tap this week, Lee should get his targets and make him a very viable target at this price tag for daily fantasy formats. Watch for Lee to break the 100-yard mark for the first time this season and have his first two touchdown performance.

Julio Jones $7,700

Jones has not been his dominant self so far this season.  While he has 54 receptions for 786 yards on the year, he has only a single touchdown.  Unfortunately for the Buccaneers this week I believe he breaks out of this slump.

The Bucs are ranked 30th in the league in giving up points-per-game to opposing wide receivers this season as well as 31st in the league in passing yards-per-game allowing 276.3 a contest.

The Buccaneers gave up 180-yards to Kenny Stills and 95-yards to Jarvis Landry while both scored a touchdown last week.

Unfortunately, this is a habit of the Buccaneers, and the Matt Ryan to Julio Jones connection is as strong as ever.  Jones is averaging 8.6 targets per game which is good for tenth in the league.

The Falcons are the winner in three of their last four while the Bucs are riding their first two-game win streak of the season, and this contest might be a close one.  Ryan will find Jones early and often to the tune of 150-yards and a pair of scores putting happy faces on those fantasy owners this week.

T.Y. Hilton $6,700

Hilton continues to be boom or bust as usual as he has three games of over 150 yards on the year and five games under 30.

Couple this with the fact he has three total touchdowns with two of them coming in a single week he is a hard to trust fantasy option.  The Titans, however, are ranked 27th against opposing wide receivers and are prone to giving up the big play.

Hilton is averaging 6.9 targets pre-game, and while he only has 36 receptions on the year, it just takes one to have a big day for the speedster.   With this weeks 150+ yard receiving game, he will tie Marvin Harrison (11) for the most such games in franchise history and score his fourth touchdown of the year.
