Defensive End Adrian Clayborn

While the Buccaneers have lacked a productive sack artist for a while former first-round pick has finally found his groove this season. While the stats may be a bit lopsided due to one massive game he still had one MASSIVE game. Against the Dallas Cowboys, Adrian Clayborn had a game for the ages. Without Tyron Smith, the Cowboys offensive line was a shell of itself. Clayborn was a man amongst boys that day recording six sacks against Dak Prescott. Six sacks are good enough for second most in a single game in NFL history behind only Derrick Thomas. While he only has two sacks the rest of the season six in one game is more than any one player has on the Buccaneers this season.

Must Read: This line is offensive

As some of us may know Clayborn is a feel-good story as well overcoming Erb’s Palsy during birth. Erbs Palsy is something that is caused during birth by an injury to the nerves surrounding the shoulder. The head and neck were pulled to the side as his shoulders passed through the birth canal, causing nerve damage resulting in the loss of some movement and weakness in his right arm. He clearly is strong enough to rip through tackles so Donovan Smith has to be careful going against this familiar defensive lineman.
