AFC EAST

SIT: Buffalo Bills Defense

I don’t know. Something tells me the Chiefs are coming into this game looking to take out their frustrations on the Bills defense following a horrible loss to the New York Giants.

START: Tight End, Rob Gronkowski – New England Patriots

O.J. Howard put one of the best first halves we’ve seen out of tight ends last weekend against the Dolphins. Unfortunately, he disappeared in the second. Difference here is the Patriots know how to keep using theirs.

SLEEPER: Quarterback, Tyrod Taylor – Buffalo Bills

Now that the Bills have figured out Nathan Peterman isn’t anywhere close to being their savior, we should get plenty of Taylor who’s playing pissed. This is a good thing.

NFC EAST

The Eagles are the only team playing this weekend from the NFC East after Dallas, New York, and Washington all played on Thanksgiving.

Facing the Chicago Bears, Philadelphia will be looking to take a five-game lead – with five games left to play – in the NFC East.

I haven’t really done the math to figure out if this clinches the division for them, but it basically does.

Still, you’re here for fantasy football talk, not divisional standings. So who to start?

Well, Carson Wentz and Zach Ertz are pretty good bets. Even against a Chicago defense which has been better than most realize. Jay Ajayi is a sleeper as is the Eagles defense.

If it weren’t for Jordan Howard and Tarik Cohen, the Bears wouldn’t have an offense. I think Philadelphia goes up early, and forces their visitors to lean too much on Mitch Trubisky. So, to recap:

Quarterback, Carson Wentz – Start          Philadelphia Eagles Defense – Sleeper

Tight End, Zach Ertz – Start                         Running Back, Jay Ajayi– Sleeper

I don’t know that I’d necessarily say anyone is a sit here, but weigh the receivers against your other options carefully.
