Kirk Cousins $6,600

When looking for fantasy quarterbacks, you have to look for reliable guys who get to play against not so good defenses.  Cousins meets that criteria this week.  With a 19-6 touchdown to interception ratio and a quarterback rating of 101.13 Cousins has fallen under a lot of radars again this season.  Thursday night he gets to travel to Dallas to take on the fourth worst defense in the league in giving up fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.

Many people don’t realize, but Cousins has three games with three touchdown passes and zero multi-interception games on the year.  When breaking it down to stats, people love it’s all about touchdowns.  Cousins since entering the starting lineup is tied with Matt Ryan at the top of the league with games played that he has thrown at least one touchdown. That currently stands at 39 games.

Cousins is the Redskins career leader in 300+ yard games, season pass attempts, pass completions and passing yards.  In fact, he is the top two in every category listed.  Look for Cousins to add to his impressive resume and notch his second 350-yard performance with three touchdowns.

Tyrod Taylor $5,400

Taylor who was benched two weeks ago came out with a vengeance this past week.  While unimpressive he managed a turnover-free game in-route to providing the Bills a much-needed win over the Chiefs.  While Taylor isn’t generally a name you see in the top tier fantasy circles the Bills first game against the Patriots has the ability to be a fantasy monster for T-Mobile.

Playing against the Patriots might equal a Bills loss it should provide Taylor the ability to use his arm and legs to put up what matters to us, and that’s points.  The Patriots on the year are the worst defense in the league at giving up points to opposing quarterbacks.  They are also ranked 31st in the league in passing yards-per-game against and 30th in total yards-per-game against.

Known for his ability to break off not only the long pass, but a long run should make for a long day for the Patriots defenders.  While not having any huge games this season he still sports a 12:3 touchdown to interception ratio and 15.7 fantasy points per game.  This week he will throw for his first 300 yard game of the season and have three total touchdowns.
