Six Super Bowl Contenders

As always, this list is compiled before the completion of the Sunday night game.

1.) New Orleans Saints – Defense is killin it, running game is the best in football, and a Hall of Famer under center. All the stars are aligning in the Bayou.

2.) Philadelphia Eagles – Possibly the only team in the NFC to challenge the Saints. And they just locked up Alshon Jeffrey long term. Not too shabby.

3.) New England Patriots – Rinse. Repeat.

4.) Pittsburgh Steelers – Gotta deal with the Bengals on prime time which should result in a win. The Steelers have permanent real estate in the heads of Bengals players and coaches and Andy Dalton is the worst prime time quarterback in the history of prime time… and quarterbacks.

5.) Minnesota Vikings – Anyone else realize they’ve only lost two games? With Case Keenum leading the charge? A very quiet contender.

27.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Prepare yourselves for another staff overhaul. It’s coming, whether we like it or not.
