OLB/DE – Arden Key

Yes, another LSU linebacker… I mean, why not?

Although this list depends soely on if the current coaching regime is replaced or not, the first prospect here would fill the need in both a 3-4 or a 4-3 system.

The 6’6″ 265 pound OLB/DE terror that Arden Key is has left teams itching at the chance of grabbing this athletic freak.

More from Bucs Draft

Key throughout his three years down in the bayou of Baton Rouge has logged an impressive 20 sacks, most of them coming in his sophomore season where he lead the SEC with a whopping12.5 sacks alone.

When watching the tape of Key, his explosion to bend is what sticks out the most. His gumby-esque bend in his movements have scouts grading him on the levels of both Myles Garrett and Jadeveon Clowney.

Key has a tool-set in his pass-rush abilities that rival those of successful edge rushers already in the NFL, which is why he will hear is named called in the top-ten of the upcoming draft.

When you break it down Key is an all-around defensive end. Pass rushing specialist, along with being stout against the run.

The only knock against Key is when he took a leave of absence from the team for “personal reasons” this past spring and his history of injuries.

Will Tampa look past the negatives?
