Buccaneers: Players to watch against the Falcons in Week 15
By Sean Eck
Jameis Winston
Last time the clubs met Ryan Fitzpatrick was the quarterback under center for the Bucs. While going 27/44 for 283 yards, he failed to record a touchdown on the day. The Buccaneers took the lead early, but they were unable to score anything other than field goals in the first half.
This time the Buccaneers will be lead by Jameis Winston who despite his inconsistencies and immaturity is still the far superior option at the quarterback position. Despite missing games this year Winston is still only six touchdown tosses away from throwing 20 on the year. This would be impressive and keep his streak of 20 or more touchdown throws alive.

Winston has still struggled this season at staying upright behind a shaky offensive line. He will be without Ali Marpet and Demar Dotson the rest of the year and the offensive line as a whole is now in shambles. This will make for a terrible day, and he will have to be aware of the extra pressure the Falcons might send against the inexperienced offensive line.
The good news is that Winston still has a plethora of weapons and if Dirk Koetter can figure out how to play with all the toys he has on offense they could still be scary good. Winston will have to have a great game to keep the Buccaneers in this one as the Falcons are one of the highest scoring offenses in the league and the Bucs defense has been a sieve for points all season.
