Wide Receiver, Bobo Wilson (#85)

In the Buccaneers pre-season, wide receiver Bobo Wilson had four catches for 69-yards with a long of 40. He had zero carries in those four weeks.

In the three games he’s been a part of the Bucs’ 53-man roster, he has zero catches and one run attempt for four yards.

Not exactly how any of us envisioned Wilson being involved in the offense.

Adam Humphries is good, but doesn’t have game changing speed. Chris Godwin has a bright future in the NFL, but doesn’t have the same vertical speed.

Wilson is the closest thing to Jackson the Bucs have on roster, and with the veteran receiver out with an ankle injury this week, I’d like to see them put him out there a few times.

Honestly, I figured he’d get a look as kick returner or punt returner if nothing else.

This one may be more wishful thinking than anything, but man I want to see what Wilson can bring to the field of play.
